@JoeyClarkson@AirbnbHelp It’s gotten worse since this post. @Airbnb is absolute trash! They wrongfully terminated MY account after I reported harassment by a guest with evidence. They claim they had justification of removal but refuse to share any of their “evidence”. Which I’m sure is completely false.
@AirbnbHelp I have to share my appalling experience with Airbnb's host protection. As a host, I expected a platform that prioritizes the well-being and protection of its hosts. Airbnb has failed in this regard. First and foremost, the host protection policies are insufficient

@AirbnbHelp resolutions team's response is lackluster at best. Not only do they provide unsatisfactory resolutions, but their unprofessionalism extends to contacting hosts at inappropriate and inconvenient hours of the day.
