@AmericanAir They rebooked her at the gate yesterday. The problem is her flight was supposed to leave 7:14pm 5/9 from Dallas Ft. Worth got delayed multiple times they boarded the plane finally, by 9:50pm eastern time then told all passengers to deplane and canceled the flight due to no pilot
