New pinned post. This account is for me to have a fresh start on Twitter. I will also share art here for my art portfolio, so it'll be a mix of casual and professional posting here. All artwork posted belongs to me, and under almost NO CIRCUMSTANCE will I allow my art to be used.
@Sam57823935@RIFTEDANT Nah Epic caters hard to the soyboy OG players that want compensation for EVERYTHING in existence if it even so slightly inconveniences them and their egos.
I say this as an OG player, idgaf if old stuff returns, it'd just be nice to let new ppl enjoy it.
@vondarkerreal I dunno I think it's pretty neat personally. A sprite with the motivation to protect its home and its people so it joins the Seven to do exactly that? I'm game for it, it's the NEW Seven after all.
On a positive note, ik the anniversary hasn’t been the HUGE OH MY GOD OWAAH mainline game aaa event ppl wanted but we’re only halfway thru the year and :
> Chaotix Case files
> CrossWorld Year 2
> Pico Park Sonic
> MEGA Charity stream
> Sonic animated series coming
> Frontiers DE (leaks aside, was meant to be a small live drop)
> New Sonic concert dates
> Featured fans Artwork, new song remixes coming, 35th anniversary comics etc.
I feel like they’re spreading stuff throughout the year rather than one big moment, and im pretty happy LOL
The gaming industry is not as consumer-protected as some people think. Governments do not care about the industry as it is, current or previous. Companies have realised that and amidst the AI surge decided to push boundaries as far as they can. Max is right.
Sony expects you to cave and eat up their garbage anyways
Don't
They think you're trash and will eat up whatever slop they serve you... Please, have some self respect. You deserve better
Variable Pricing, HORRIBLE "Sales", STEALING media YOU paid for, "Modern Audience" garbage exclusives, overpriced hardware that you could get a better PC for, DRM out the ass, PAID Online... Like its not worth it anymore guys
They're treating you like SHIT like holy fuck
What Max is alluding to here, is that the current administration has virtually no consumer protections operation whatsoever, and that's by design, to be as business friendly as possible.
There's also the fact that the Supreme Court is extremely corporate friendly.
So there's no legal avenue in the United States to realistically challenge Sony, or any large multibillion dollar firm.
This is all of a result of our current trend in electoral politics. Who we vote into office matters, and there are downstream effects that you wouldn't normally connect that flow out of who controls the American government.
I know a LOT of people have varied opinions on Max Dood, but on this point, he's actually right.
hi @TeamYouTube
Several smaller creators are being abused by your copyright system and are at risk of having their channels deleted and have asked me for help.
A german company called fifthfreedom GmbH is copyright striking videos for music called "Radio Cultural Rendezvous" when there isn't even ANY MUSIC in the video. Dozens of original videos all struck when there is zero copyrighted content in them.
I can't even list the channels because doxing them would mean this company could target them with more strikes and have their channels deleted.
Appeals/counter claims DO NOT work because they just send more strikes and these smaller creators have tried every possible support channel with no real response.
An AI chatbot DM'ing me a self help article is NOT helping, can I please get a DM or an email from a real human being to help these people out?
