I analyzed 87 posts from an X creator to understand what actually makes his content work.
Two patterns immediately stood out:
→ Original posts performed 58.9% above his baseline
→ Question-based hooks performed 56.5% above baseline
But the interesting part isn't finding his “best post”.
It's finding the patterns that keep working across dozens of posts.
That's exactly why I built X Intelligence.
Most analytics tools tell you what happened.
I'm trying to build one that tells you why.
V1 is now live.

Free to try. No credit card.
Building the product wasn't the hard part.
Getting strangers to care is.
AI made it insanely easy to build software.
It didn't make distribution any easier.
Learning that the hard way right now 😂
@life_ofbryan Built my first SaaS without knowing how to code 😅
X Intelligence analyzes public X accounts and finds patterns in what actually performs — hooks, topics, formats, competitors, etc.
Still figuring out distribution, but V1 is live: https://t.co/Y5kK8TyB76

I want to meet more people who are actually building things.
SaaS, apps, AI tools, digital products — whatever.
Doesn't matter if you have 10 users or 10,000.
What are you building right now?
Drop it below. I'll check it out 👇
@yevloop@The1Broom Exactly 😂 Building was the fun part because every day felt like progress. Distribution is way less predictable. Now I’m learning that shipping the product was really just the beginning.
What's harder?
Building a good product
or
getting the first 100 people to care about it?
I would've said building a month ago.
After shipping my first SaaS, I'm not so sure anymore 😂
Curious what other founders think.
The weirdest part about launching your first SaaS:
One week ago I was worried about building it.
Now it's live and I barely think about the code.
I'm thinking about:
distribution
conversion
positioning
talking to users
getting people to come back
Building the product changed the question.
It went from:
“Can I build this?”
to:
“Can I turn this into a business?”
I think the second question is going to be much harder.
@manish_iitg@The1Broom Appreciate it! 🤝 Shipping was a great feeling. Now comes the harder part — figuring out how to get it in front of the right people 😅
@je4ndev Exactly. Before launching, I thought the hard part was building something that worked.
Now I'm realizing the real challenge is getting those first 100 people to actually care 😅
AI created a weird situation.
I learned how to ship software before I learned how to code.
A few weeks ago I had an idea.
Now I have a real SaaS with users, payments, AI, a database and its own domain.
I still can't code.
5 years ago this would've sounded ridiculous.
The barrier to building is disappearing.
The new barrier is getting people to care.
@ntnwlc Exactly 😂 I somehow learned how to ship before learning how to code.
AI completely changed the order of things. Now distribution is teaching me the next lesson the hard way.
@SamVale29 Exactly. I think that's the real question — not “did they use the feature?” but “what did they do before dec
Once I have enough real users, that should become much clearer.
Potentially, yeah. I think the first save is probably the cleanest early activation signal.
But I want to see some real user behavior first — someone might get value from running multiple analyses without ever saving an account.
So I’d rather let the data define the milestone than force one too early.
Saving an account for sure. That action already exists in the product and is tied to a specific user, so it should be much easier to track cleanly.
Return visits will be useful too, but I think save → second analysis → competitor analysis will tell me more about activation first.
