This is why Pablo Torre is fucking smart with his wording. 😂 The SEC isn’t even requesting information about the same shit he’s been investigating, yet he says the SEC investigation “follows our ongoing investigation” into the Clippers and cap circumvention.
He never actually says the SEC is investigating cap circumvention. He never says the SEC found anything. He never says the SEC confirmed a damn thing Torre reported.
He just puts “SEC investigation” and “our cap-circumvention investigation” next to each other and lets everyone assume the SEC picked up his story.
That’s not corroboration. That’s fucking framing. And it’s very, very clever framing.
Kevin Durant talks to Speedy about PRESSING the Mavericks couple who called him a “b-tch” courtside and admits how easily RAGE-BAITED he can get when fans disrespect him, saying he sometimes feels forced to respond 😭👀
“It’s just real personal sh-t, like, ‘I’m way better than you at life. I’ve accomplished what you want to do in life. You’re watching me. You pay my rent… You don’t need to talk to me.’”
@winters4danvil1@AttyAbdul what you characterize as “taking from taxpayers” is actually in reality taxpayers perpetual investment in their quality of life. homeowners don’t deserve a subsidy anymore than renters.
@nkellyIN@Larryinfishers Why wouldn’t the Lilly Endowment just give the grants instead of giving it to the IEDC to distribute?
The circular distribution of nonprofit funds is disturbing.
