Why I’m going this heavy:

• Ranking gap is real — Compagnucci 364 vs Nijboer 508. The Italian has been facing much stronger opposition all year.

• Momentum is massive. Clean 7-5 6-3 win over Dahlin yesterday on the exact same courts.

• Swiss clay rewards patience and heavy topspin. Compagnucci’s low center of gravity + lateral movement dominates long rallies.

• Nijboer’s second serve is soft. Compagnucci will pressure it constantly and create break opportunities.

This is the clearest edge of the week for me.

My prediction is based on play style. The flat game of Nakashima doesnt hurt the game of Medvedev. Nakashima sucks at long rallies and against Medvedev you need to win long rallies because thats the way he plays. Nakashima has not enough power to finish the points fast. That’s the reason ✌🏼
