Bibliotheca Alexandria is the largest and most beautiful library in Africa. It’s a top modern library established in early 2000s, it emerged from the great library of Alexandria found in third century which used to be one of the largest libraries in the ancient times.

The Citadel of Qaitbay is one of the great places in Alexandria to visit, it’s situated at the entrance of the old harbour on the same spot where the famous light house of Alexandria (one of the seven wonders) used to stand.
It’s built from 1477-1479 AD by Sayf AlDin Qaitbay.
