@elizagnnnn @SouthwestAir 100%!!! But in the process they are losing loyal customers. If I had an option, other than driving an hour to the next closet airport, I’d be flying with someone else as well.
Over $400 one way for an hour flight is ridiculous!!!

@SouthwestAir I am an A list member who flies 2x a month from SJC to LAS. @SouthwestAir is the only airline to fly direct. In order to get the same ticket I used to, a round trip fare was over $800.

Go back to the unique niche you had before. You had much happier customers & more
