I am planning to take a break from X for an indefinite period of time. I feel a burden on my heart to pour my energies more intentionally into my family, church family, personal studies, and other good tangible pursuits instead of devoting time and headspace to the folly and empty controversies that often characterize the community here and that, quite frankly, could or do bring reproach on the name of our Lord. I might check DMs occasionally, if that means anything to anyone.

The Lord bless and keep you, brothers and sisters. Some would say “go touch grass;” I say go glorify God and enjoy Him (today and) forever. 🙂

@pinkrosesdawn @oldbookishplace I can’t pick. The different characters are so dear in each one. I love Eustace’s arc. I love Lucy’s continued childlike devotion to Aslan. I love Reepicheep’s lion heart. I love the theological imagery in each one. I really don’t think I can pick.

@BTGDearlyLoved @WonderWomaNinja I make a lot of homemade desserts! We just don’t have dessert every day, so a meal to my mind is a plate of mostly/generally savory foods including animal protein, vegetables/fruit and (usually) a starch. 😄

I don’t know why I bookmark anything because I never go back to look until months or a year later and I have so many that it’s impossible to find what I was looking for so I give up but I keep adding to it daily as if this will somehow change magically. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
