So let me get this straight:
Russia is attacking Ukraine using North Korean soldiers and Iranian drones. So Ukraine is now joining the US-Israel attack on Iran while Iran bombs Kuwait, UAE, Qatar etc, while Israel attacks Lebanon and Palestine.
When do we call this WW3?
It’s just mindblowing how easy it was for Nazism to rebrand itself in the West. A complete failure of Western liberalism - that frankly has too often been complicit. Nazi salutes are now a normal part of right-wing protests. Right wing commentators paraphrase Mein Kampf regularly
There has never been a more clear portrayal of those on the right’s complete intolerance for anyone who isn’t white.
These lads are doing nothing more than enjoying the weather with a BBQ, as we have all likely done. The only difference being skin colour or country of origin.
Utterly pathetic.
I don't care what side you're on, But he makes a very valid point in the fact that Manchester is becoming skyscraper central and almost every home being built is unaffordable to the average earner, We need change.
Please. Khan was removed by diplomats casting a political vote in contradiction of the Judges who found no misconduct. They seized an opportunity to remove a thorn in their side. They will not select another thorn now. This case was hijacked by states. And some were ok with that
This level of violence against Muslims is completely unacceptable.
Where are the strong condemnations, the emergency meetings, the taskforces to tackle it?
One mosque attacked every 5 days, says Muslim Trust

The Simon Wiesenthal Center built its Museum of Tolerance on part of the historic Mamilla Cemetery, one of Jerusalem’s oldest and most important Muslim cemeteries. It dates back roughly a thousand years and contains the graves of prominent Muslim scholars, military leaders, religious figures, and notable Jerusalem families. So it makes sense that they’re defending a genocidal leader. Add this institution to the many that have weaponized the holocaust to whitewash Zionist atrocities.
This graph shows that Andy Burnham did initially significantly reduce rough sleeping when he became Mayor of Greater Manchester.
The number of people sleeping in the streets began to rise there - as it did in other major cities - after the pandemic when a) inflation hit and b) the Home Office kicked rather a lot of people out of accommodation with nowhere to go.
That tells us that there are structural reasons for rough sleeping which can be addressed.
A landmark essay in @Equatormag by one of the foremost Palestinian intellectuals today on why the western mind represses the reality of the Palestinian catastrophe in order to salvage the rotting fiction of its own moral innocence. Essential: https://t.co/G1MAdqwKDL
I dont think Tuchel told anyone to sit back but realised the weak mentality of the squad as they dropped deep and said to himself might as well try and help with the additions that fit this mindset.
England players gave up themselves.
That same Muslim community has been demonised so much by current policies &unchecked hate rhetoric & actions that people feel free to attack them in every way possible. A 14-year-old with such politics and the resources to carry out an attack? That's a sign of societal sickness.
When 94% of Eritrean and 99% of Sudanese asylum seekers are ultimately granted refugee status, the government should establish safe and legal routes for these countries, or at the very least, fast-track their asylum applications.
Student refugee visas and community-support/business-support schemes cannot be the only safe routes for refugees. We should not be offering asylum protection based on qualifications, but on the level of need for sanctuary. A person fleeing war is not more deserving of safety because they can “contribute” more.
Berlin police chased down a young boy waving a Palestinian flag, ultimately arresting him. Footage shows the distraught-looking boy being taken away by a large number of riot police at the edge of a pro-Palestine protest in the German capital.
#EU is barely seen anywhere to press for end of atrocities in #Sudan, but always present to cooperate on migration control w/ those persecuting asylum seekers - many of them Sudanese.
