One of the things people value most about Windows is making the PC feel like their own. People customize their desktop in very specific ways to fit how they work.
Taskbar positioning and app labels are good examples. When I’m using voice typing to draft communications, I have adopted taskbar on the left with app labels on so I can keep reference material like a web page, document, emails, and chats visible by title.
