My job has been so draining. Yeah I know everyone goes through this... But gaslighting your employees to be happy of getting paid for below minimum wage?
My work has been toxic. My boss is a passive aggressive person who micromanages her employees. We are paid below minimum wage and we're expected to act as if it doesn't bother us. Should I quit?
Just wondering, but do you think if people stayed together in one house for too long then they automatically become toxic to one another?
Just a thought... Because let's face it, if we lived in a house with the same people for far too long we become tired of their behaviours.
