@missbiology8 I did a couple afternoons in secondary whilst I trained for primary because it was deemed valuable to see where the kids were going to. We also went to nursery to see where they’d come from and stuff. Ask about it if you’re unsure but I enjoyed it ☺️

Had to battle with the Y3 children on supply today… Pretty much had to force them to put their pencils down and stop their creative writing!! #nastyteacher. Then after the next lesson they begged me to go back to it! #amazing 😂 fantastic day had by all 💕

A little implementation mathematics…

Let’s say we have roughly 38 weeks in a school year with 1 meeting per week available for staff meetings.
Let’s remove 8 of those for generic things like safeguarding updates, general staff training etc. That leaves 30 available meetings.
