It stopped working and unfortunately I didn't save the invoice. Now I can't find the order in history.

was out for delivery on 20th March and today 23rd March and both day postman marked it that I am not avl at home. No one contacted me and no one came to my house to deliver it.
Why wrong information is putting here?
