@Shopify 🤩 It's just so fun to use.
Edit content inline.
Reach for Sidekick for the hard design stuff.
Navigate the site like a real buyer directly on the canvas.

@benjaminsehl @kotn How good is this? 🤯

[tobi lutke @tobi]

The team has really outdone themselves.

Canvas is so much fun. Never imagined we would be able to make online store design so fun and democratized when we started. And it’s all still powered by liquid!

[tobi lutke @tobi]

This is a totally new level for storefront design. Super excited for you all to try it.

@mirceadesign Thanks! 💯 Generating nested blocks: That's where we're headed! Hoping to learn how merchants use this V1 and rapidly iterate.

We're also ensuring styling for these blocks is fully self-contained so they keep working if the theme's schema changes overtime.

[Nick Lépine @ItsNickLepine]

@MurmeltierS If you want to DM me their shops, I can assess what's wrong. Else you can direct them to Shopify Support.

[Nick Lépine @ItsNickLepine]

@mic_gallego @liam_at_shopify Thanks! Looking into it. Will report back.

[Nick Lépine @ItsNickLepine]

@Moore @Drazdauskas That's right! If you use Sidekick, the generated block will be wrapped inside a wrapper section.

[Nick Lépine @ItsNickLepine]

@Drazdauskas @Moore Block generation is available on Horizon and all themes that support global theme blocks.

A section must support global theme blocks for the ✨Generate button to show up in the block picker.

[Nick Lépine @ItsNickLepine]

@benjaminsehl @matmullen @kimurathomas Thanks y’all! We’re bringing back a “hide bar” action to completely hide the bar.

[Nick Lépine @ItsNickLepine]

@matthewsmith @ShopifyDevs Thanks! Fix coming soon.
