It’s happening. I’m witnessing the system failing to protect my wife and her children from exposure to her abusive ex husband. He went from 50/50 time and shared decision making, to supervised visits and no legal custody due to his abusive behavior and propensity to use

I’m appauled…wife’s ex has a protection order restraining him from removing the kids from the state. He takes the kids out of state (3 states away, in fact). Wife takes him to court. Judge lets him walk free, no sanctions. What good is the order if it’s not recognized by the law
