a person who just belief that one day he will become the person which whole world admire. i don't know' where it is coming from. but i believe this very hard. i'm in delusion i know but i want this. i am never quitting. no matter.

- follow authenticity.
- follow trust.
- follow consistency.
- follow real value.
- follow some different but good writing.
if you're not unique than forget to be big. unique or different is the first rule for you to keep in mind when you execute on it.
You're the leader of company.
means:
- you set rules.
- you play by them.
- you set the example.
- you work hard first.
- you give your all-in first.
remember: always its "you" who set the discipline & execution example in front of your employees.
They follow you. if you're bad or good.
New to X.
- create.
- see wt works.
- create again.
- experiment random writing.
- but keep in mind, you create value.
- most of creation have to be around that value.
I'm not big. but have some great understanding of how X audience resemble with you & your value.

i don't have it. and my focus is also not on it. focus on engagement.

- who we need.
- or who we not.
Then, the "human resources" people, they will follow the clarity of a leader.
