Sir/Madam, I believe my context has not been understood. I have ALREADY filed a grievance vide Grievance No. GRV2026/231856 regarding my pending Domicile Application No. JK-REV-DOM/2026/517423. The grievance was replied to, and the concerned ADC Kishtwar directed issuance of my Domicile Certificate within three days after due verification. However, even after the grievance reply and expiry of the prescribed period, no effective action or resolution has been provided and my application remains pending.
Therefore, requesting me to file a fresh grievance does not address my concern. My request is for compliance with the direction already issued and actual resolution of my pending application. Kindly intervene and ensure time-bound disposal. I am seeking no special or undue favour, only implementation of the directions already issued.
