Rana's performance as Bhallaladeva was phenomenal, yet he was not celebrated as some kind of anti-hero. He was hated as a villain. Nobody idolised him.

Many are comparing this with the Ramayana and saying this is where the writing failed: by glorifying Ravana instead of portraying him as evil enough.

1) Asuras have been shown as oppressed by Devas . Asuras have been shown as victims and #Yash as Ravan is shown as a liberator. Movie clearly portrays Bhagwan Vishnu as some kind of oppressor of Asuras

A masterpiece with stunning VFX, breathtaking visuals and powerful emotions. -0.5 for overly justifying Ravana and framing his actions around revenge while overlooking his lustful side. Less glorification would've made it better.
