My father worked every day of my life from 4am to 9pm. I didn’t get to see him much. His sacrifice was the reason we made it in the USA.
Now, through manufacturing and @M3Aerospace, I get to spend almost every hour with him.
Breakfast talks about financials with mom, loading material, running the shop, dreaming at night.
Manufacturing isn’t just about reindustrializing America for me.
It’s given me an opportunity to reclaim lost time with my dad. 🇺🇸
Getting my MBA from a top-tier university this past weekend was a significant milestone for me. Not because I can say I graduated from Berkeley, but because it’s the culmination of my parents’ sacrifice and my refusal to stop despite every single rejection. And I’ve had many.
I come from a humble background. I couldn’t speak a word of English when I moved to this country at 10. But I told myself early on that my past would not dictate my future and that the only limiting factor on what I could achieve was me.
That belief got tested many times these past three years. While earning this degree, I founded and scaled a multi-million dollar business alongside my father — work that goes far beyond me. There were nights I wanted to quit. I didn’t. I reminded myself how blessed I am to be in this country, to do work that matters, and to carry what my family built into something bigger.
Today, I’m more motivated than ever. I hold myself to extremely high expectations, and I plan to keep raising them.
I’m just getting started.
I may have been away from the shop floor over the weekend but never away from the business.
Im obsessed with winning that I just can’t step away.
That’s the recipe for success, non-stop-continuous effort. Effort that compounds, day after day.
Im here. I’ll always be here.

We’re the new generation of manufacturing workforce, and we’ll be alright.

“Can’t start a manufacturing business because new machines are expensive”
“I need millions in VC to compete”
You don’t need new machines. You don’t need millions in capital.
What you need is the ability to figure shit out with what you have.
@Tri_Stanisaurus Sounds like she lived an amazing life next to her best friend. You can tell by those eyes that she loved you and knew that you loved her.
