today is 3rd Day running and still no resolution which should be quicker as you are taking it as high priority incident.
Will u lock the amount just like this in future as well? Is this any policy/ glitch or some pattern .@WazirXIndia

@gas_torrent Hi Team, My meter changed on 6th Feb 2026 , Continuously I am following up for meter update and new bill generation , nobody from customer care is reverting . Sent mails , calls all in vain.
Such unresponsive customer care , please help
