Normalize including your local languages on job applications.
If you speak Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa etc. fluently, list them alongside English, other foreign languages.
Local languages are skills too. They can help you build trust, connect with communities and understand local markets
It was really funny to see her open a church because I was one of the people that believed in her genuine repentance, but open a church? That's on another level entirely.
But I really pity women that attend this man church, including his wife and daughters, God have children oo
โWhat does Tonto Dikeh know about spirituals that convinced her to open a ministry? If I were the CAN President, youโd go through screening before opening a church.โ โ Nigerian Pastor
@TheStephens6064@instablog9ja Hope you understand what 24hours electricity means, I spent months in Aba, and there were days you will not see light for days, I can say that some days might have 24hours but most days are not up to 15hrs.
That he is better than the formal is not an excuse to claim what is not.
Well congratulations to people of Osun, APC is still leading you.
Shame should catch all of you that supported this man to win in his state because of his nephew Davido and because you feel you are fighting against APC and corruption.
It's all business for him and his family.
I never reach an agreement with President Tinubu. My support is just based on he is a Yoruba man and his from South West. And I believe that all the federal roads that he has started, I want to encourage him not to forget South West too.
- Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke
@TheStephens6064@instablog9ja I understand that some part of Aba has a better light situation than other part, and there is a better living condition in Abia than it use to be and I really appreciate everything he is doing and his visions. But fact is Aba doesn't have 24hours electricity and that's the truth.
@Celynovek@instablog9ja I appreciate his commitment in making Abia state better than it has ever been, I love and support his visions and I know that just as he put it, it will take 20years of constantly having someone like him to achieve it. However his claim about 24hours electricity in Aba is false.
@Chinemeremokek@instablog9ja If I don't, please tell me, you that stay in Aba, 2 weeks ago, which part of Aba has light?
Now am not even saying it's his fault, monopolizing electricity is one issue and we can't claim to be cut off from Nigerian electricity when we have to still rely on it for gas.
@PeopleOfAbia You don't know how bad I want this news to be true.
They should start already, I pass both roads every day and I can't even say how frustrating it is for someone like me.
Dear beloved sports-loving Nigerian youths,
After watching the performances of Davido, Burna Boy, and Rema at the opening of the 2026 World Cupโat a time when Nigeria, the giant of Africa, is absentโI felt a measure of consolation. This was reinforced by the fact that many Nigerians playing for clubs worldwide are representing other countries. Felix Nmecha, for instance, set a record by scoring the fastest goal at six minutes for Germany. I write to you therefore, knowing that this country belongs to you, the youth.
You are more of stakeholders in Nigeriaโs future than I am. I am 64 years old; by Godโs grace, much of my journey is behind me, while yours lies ahead.
It is therefore imperative that you rise to the challenge by obtaining your PVC, your most powerful tool for driving the change you desire.
In the last three years alone, over 15 million Nigerians have turned 18โenough to decide who becomes President, Governor, Senator, Member of the House, or Local Government Chairman. Indeed, enough to shape the nationโs future.
I know many of you are sceptical about politics and political parties. I understand why, but scepticism must not become surrender.
You do not need to belong to any party or wait for anyone to organise you. Organise yourselves in your streets, campuses, communities, workplaces, churches, mosques, and social groups. Mobilise, debate, demand accountability, and take part in choosing those you wish to entrust with leadership.
If you are organised and wish to hear directly from me, invite me. I will come and share my plans for you and our nation.
Do not sit on the sidelines while others decide your future.
I appeal to you to register and vote. Your vote can shape who becomes the next President of our country.
My young friends, this is your country. Take it back.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
