@Elite_4_J I guessed Zangoose because the moveset here is similar to other generations, but never knew it got Power Trip as a level up move, that’s cool :3
Went to the library today and looking to make it a consistent thing. Checked out a book I thought looked interesting and will try to read ~20 pages a day 💜
@StupidGlados Coping mechanisms and surrounding yourself with the right people are essential. A lot of people also recommend therapy, which I have heard good things about, but have never done myself. Music, hobbies, meeting people, going outside, self care… all things that should help. :)
@StupidGlados Unfortunately, depression is incurable, but it is manageable. So to answer your question, yes, it DOES get better. I’ve been depressed for the majority of my life now. I’ve had my highs, and some really fucking low lows. imo, time is the most important part of ‘getting better.’
