@differentialkay That is the context that I think a lot of people are forgetting, in AUs where Rocky returns to Earth as well. It’s not pessimistic to point out that both planets did just go through a mass extinction threat, and resources are precious. Having to now house a alien is a LOT.

I have now seen so many edits of Project Hail Mary to various Ride the Cyclone songs and they work soooooo well.
