There is a plague of people like Candace who lack basic empathy. You can’t know or judge someone’s grieving process. For some people, the realization that they’ve lost a loved one can take months or even years to hit.

Everyone judging Erika’s emotional response to trauma has never experienced real trauma, and it shows.

Yeah, it’s unfortunate, statements like this fuel division and make it harder to focus on policy.

Trump excels on policy, but his personal rhetoric can be hard to defend.

That said, after surviving an assassination attempt, watching Kirk get executed for defending him, and facing political prosecutions, some grace for his trauma is understandable.

I don’t agree with it, but Im not going to pretend that I don’t understand it.
