प्रातः से लेकर रात्रि तक बोलने चाहिए ये 10 मंत्र...

1. सुबह उठते ही अपनी दोनों हथेलियां देखकर ये मन्त्र बोलें (कर दर्शन मंत्र)

कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मीः करमध्ये सरस्वति।
करमूले तु गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम् ।।

2. धरती पर पैर रखने से पहले ये मंत्र बोलें

समुद्रवसने देवि पर्वतस्तनमण्डले ।
विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्शं क्षमस्वमे ॥

3.दातून (मंजन) से पहले ये मंत्र बोलें

आयुर्बलं यशो वर्च: प्रजा: पशुवसूनि च।
ब्रह्म प्रज्ञां च मेधां च त्वं नो देहि वनस्पते।।

4. नहाने से पहले ये मंत्र बोलें

स्नान मन्त्र गंगे च यमुने चैव गोदावरी सरस्वती।
नर्मदे सिन्धु कावेरी जले अस्मिन् सन्निधिम् कुरु॥

5. सूर्य को अर्ध्य देते समय ये मंत्र बोलें

ॐ भास्कराय विद्महे, महातेजाय धीमहि
तन्नो सूर्य:प्रचोदयात

6. भोजन से पहले ये मंत्र बोलें

ॐ सह नाववतु, सह नौ भुनक्तु, सह वीर्यं करवावहै ।
तेजस्वि नावधीतमस्तु मा विद्विषावहै ॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

अन्नपूर्णे सदापूर्णे शंकर प्राण वल्लभे।
ज्ञान वैराग्य सिद्धयर्थ भिखां देहि च पार्वति।।

ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्महविर्ब्रह्माग्नौ ब्रह्मणा हुतम् ।
ब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्म समाधिना ।।

7. भोजन के बाद ये मंत्र बोलें

अगस्त्यम कुम्भकर्णम च शनिं च बडवानलनम।
भोजनं परिपाकारथ स्मरेत भीमं च पंचमं ।।

अन्नाद् भवन्ति भूतानि पर्जन्यादन्नसंभवः।
यज्ञाद भवति पर्जन्यो यज्ञः कर्म समुद् भवः।।

8. अध्ययन (पढाई) से पहले ये मंत्र बोलें (सरस्वती मंत्र)

ॐ श्री सरस्वती शुक्लवर्णां सस्मितां सुमनोहराम्।।
कोटिचंद्रप्रभामुष्टपुष्टश्रीयुक्तविग्रहाम्।

9. शाम को पूजा करते वक़्त ये मंत्र बोलें (गायत्री मंत्र)

ॐ भूर्भुव: स्व: तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं
भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि , धियो यो न: प्रचोदयात्।

10. रात को सोने से पहले ये मंत्र बोलें (विशेष विष्णु शयन मंत्र)

अच्युतं केशवं विष्णुं हरिं सोमं जनार्दनम्।

हसं नारायणं कृष्णं जपते दु:स्वप्रशान्तये।।

ऊँ नमः शिवाय, हर हर महादेव
जय सियाराम .. जय वीर हनुमान
