The #IMF loans are not cheap to Sri Lanka because we also pay 2% surcharge to the IMF as our borrowing exceeds 300% of quota. There's no escape. The @CBSL was happy that we received U$ 695 million from the IMF but no one told us at what interest rate did we receive this money ?
