before you speak ill on CLASSy remember this is a group of seven young girls who fought hell & highwater to escape their negligent company to move forward in their career together.
support them or stay quiet. they’ve been through enough ridicule.
Thanks To—
To our CLIKEy, the most precious people in the world.
CLASSy would not exist today without you. It is all thanks to CLIKEy that we were able to make a comeback, sing again, and stand on stage once more.
Whenever we faced moments of anxiety or hardship, the thought that "CLIKEy is waiting for us" helped us get back on our feet. This album tells our story, but it is also a letter addressed to CLIKEy.
Thank you so much for waiting and walking this path with us.
Even if we walk with tears in our eyes, CLASSy will always be right by CLIKEy’s side.
Thank you, and we love you.

The girl group CLASSy featuring five alumni from Hanlim Multi Art School has returned to fans after a hiatus of one year and seven months! 🎉
CLASSy, which includes members Myung Hyung-seo (Entertainment Department, 9th), Won Ji-min (Practical Music Department, 14th), Park Bo-eun (Practical Music Department, 15th), Kim Seon-yu (Entertainment Department, 16th), and Kim Ri-won (Practical Dance Department, 16th), released their fourth mini-album, RE:BOOT [After the Tears], on the 23rd June.
They announced a fresh start, centered on themes of growth, connection, and expansion—by updating their group name from "CLASS:y" to "CLASSy," removing the colon. Marking their first release since moving to K-Tigers Entertainment last year, the album signifies the opening of the group's "second act," true to the title *RE:BOOT*.
The album consists of nine tracks in total—seven solo songs reflecting each member's unique personality and story, plus two group songs—allowing listeners to experience their individual musical styles. The members' active participation is particularly noteworthy: Park Boeun wrote and composed her own solo track, while Myung Hyung-seo contributed lyrics to both her solo song "On My Way" and "AFTER THE TEARS." 👏🏻
The title track, "Tear Drop" is a pop-rock song produced by EL CAPITXN. It conveys the sentiment of embracing even the moments when one is in tears as part of one's true self and moving forward. Regarding this comeback, Myung Hyungseo shared her thoughts: "Since it’s been a year and seven months, we were truly hungry to perform and make music again. This album is packed with our determination and passion. While this isn't necessarily our last run, we are approaching it with the mindset that it *could* be, so we’re giving it our all. It feels like we’re all starting over again, as if making a fresh debut."
Won Jimin also commented, "I loved the song the moment I first heard the demo. I immediately thought, 'This track would fit our story perfectly,' so I prepared for it with great excitement, and the final result turned out amazing." She also expressed amazement at the fans' unwavering interest despite the long hiatus, noting, "The time we’ve spent actively promoting since our debut is about equal to the time we spent on hiatus. Yet, so many people showed interest when we announced our comeback, and quite a few recognize us when we’re out and about. It’s truly fascinating."
CLASS:y showcased matured visuals, stable live vocals, and a much more powerful performance on MBC’s *Show! Music Core* on the 27th and SBS’s *Inkigayo* on the 28th of last month. Positive news continues to roll in, with the music video surpassing 1 million views and the song climbing to No. 46 on the YouTube Music chart.
CLASS:y has blossomed once again after a wait of one year and seven months. We cheer on this long-awaited comeback and the new beginning of these proud Hanlim students.
