@fireshikomba @MufaroNesongano When her article some time back came out I was very sceptical. Having worked on MTC internet coverage for a health care reporting for the country the numbers didn't add up. Then she came up with all these explanations that epidemiological didn't make sense.

I was a critic on this, she couldn't provide demographics of said patients. When you compare access to Internet and hard to reach areas, coverage is very low she then switched her story saying it was done telephonically through a family member of some sort if I'm not mistaken!
