Definition of a Pan-India Superstar (in my opinion):

A true Pan-India Superstar is one whose films not only perform well in the metros and major cities across the East, West, North, and South such as Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore but also consistently draw large crowds in small towns and rural areas, and that too regularly, not just with one film.

When #SandeepReddyVanga personally called #Prabhas “India’s Biggest Superstar in his announcement video of #spirit ,he wasn’t wrong. Prabhas’ films pull audiences to theatres from every corner of India,from Cuttack to Bellary, Salem to Solapur, Jalpaiguri to Guntur, Nagpur to Thrissur. People across languages and regions go to theatres to watch his movies ever since Baahubali.

Films of Bollywood or other industry stars do reach the big cities of the South, but rural audiences there still don’t go to theatres to watch their dubbed versions. Only Prabhas’ films run successfully across small towns and big cities alike, in every corner of the country.

This is a data-proven fact ,one may choose not to believe it, but it remains true.

In terms of popularity, there might be bigger stars in India, but when it comes to box office pull in theatres across the entire nation, no other actor currently matches Prabhas.
