Data is only useful if it helps decisions.
A dashboard full of charts means nothing if it doesn’t answer:
What changed?
Why did it change?
What should we do next?
Good analytics create action.

The slave calls out the slave for selling out but will not name the slave master.
That one sentence should make every single one of us stop and think about how we talk about successful people.
Pranitha Patil was diagnosed with PCOS and pre-diabetes as a young South Asian woman in her early 20s. There wasn't enough clinical data for someone with her profile, and the options she was given were bleak. She felt entirely on her own — tracking her own blood work, trying to figure it out. The healthcare system, she realized, is built to respond to problems, not prevent them.
While studying for a master's in design engineering at Harvard, she started developing the concept for a comprehensive preventive health platform and assumed something like it must already exist. It didn't. She met co-founder and CEO Jonathan Swerdlin, connected with the rest of the co-founding team — which includes Dr. Mark Hyman as chief medical officer — and dropped out of Harvard to bring it to life. The hardest early challenge was convincing investors of a vision that didn't yet exist: comprehensive lab testing combined with imaging, AI and multiple data sets to give people a longitudinal picture of their health. The team communicated the vision well enough to secure a Series A and the business took off.
Function now provides access to more than 160 lab tests, advanced MRI and CT imaging and AI-powered insights for $365 a year — compared to roughly $15,000 for comparable testing purchased independently. The company is valued at $2.5 billion and is building a medical intelligence lab to bring together labs, imaging, wearables and medical records into a single, actionable picture of each person's health. The goal is to reach eight billion people.
Her advice: if you believe an idea should exist in the world, just get started. You can iterate. No one is grading you. Healthcare is a decade behind most industries — which means there is more to build here than almost anywhere else.

Aliko Dangote started a telecommunication company and failed.
He also started a textile company and failed terribly.
He started a Dangote Airlines and failed a few months later.
He then started a tomato sauce factory that also failed after a few months of operation.
Aliko Dangote this time started Dangote Millers which he failed to maintain and ended up selling it to South African company for $200m before buying it back at half the price he sold it.
This time Dangote started Dangote cement which became his first successful business. Sugar business followed and so did oil refinery.
Failing doesn't mean you won't succeed, it means you're learning.

Grok Bot is the best AI agent right now
It gives you an army of agents that can do work for you 24/7
If you set it up correctly, you gain super powers
In this article, I cover setting up Grok Bot, use cases, plugins and what makes Grok Bot so good https://t.co/4gzbtLmVbr
I gave Elon Musk's new Grok Bot an org chart instead of a to-do list, and in one week I stopped being a founder who does the work and became one who assigns it.
eight bots. one org chart. nobody sleeps but me. here's the whole design, steal it.
step 1 → 0:01 What we're covering
step 2 → 2:01 Installation & Setup
step 3 → 3:14 Building the First Bot
step 4 → 8:18 Teaching by Screen Recording
step 5 → 14:18 Putting it All Together
THE ROSTER:
Atlas, chief of staff. the only bot I talk to. I give it outcomes, never tasks. it decomposes them and delegates to the team in group chat, and it never does specialist work itself. it posts the plan every morning and what shipped every night, and it only comes to me when a decision is irreversible or spends money.
Scout, research. finds and qualifies my ICP. every day: 25 verified prospects, one line on why they need us right now, and a source. if it can't verify, it marks it unverified. it never guesses.
Quill, content. turns what the company learned this week into 5 posts and 1 long piece, in my voice, matched from the last 50 things I wrote. drafts only, it never publishes.
Pitch, outbound. writes a first touch and two follow-ups for everyone Scout marks ready. 60 words max, one specific observation about their business, one clear ask. queued in drafts, I approve in bulk.
Vault, inbox and ops. triages everything into needs-me, needs-a-bot, needs-nothing. it handles the last, routes the middle, and gives me five bullets on the first by 9am.
Ledger, analyst. one report a night: what moved, what didn't, and the single number I should care about tomorrow. no dashboards, no adjectives.
HOW THEY'RE WIRED
one group chat per outcome, not per person. Atlas sits in all of them. the bots hand off inside the chat, so I only read the handoff, I never manage it.
two rules that made this actually work:
1. every charter ends with a hard "never do this without asking" line. autonomy without a fence is just chaos on a schedule.
2. show once, don't describe. I ran the full workflow on my screen one time. that single demo taught them more than a page of instructions ever could.
WEEK ONE
214 verified prospects delivered. 89 personalized outreaches queued and approved. inbox at zero every morning. 11 content pieces ready.
THE POINT
most people are still treating Grok Bot like a smarter chat window. it isn't. it's the first time one person can own an org chart instead of a to-do list. my bottleneck was never how much I could do, it was how much I could hand off.

I was looking through some of Alex Hormozi's videos the other day,
and he likes cold outbound...
He also knows that the only way to really succeed with cold outbound/email is to send VOLUME.
And he's right.
You will not see any results from cold email if you aren't sending high volume.
So, I just broke down exactly what softwares and tools we use to send 10 million cold emails...

They built a billion dollar business on 10 AI agents in one week - and came to Stanford to share how:
00:22 - how the first agent launches the entire business automatically
28:34 - how to reach $100k from scratch with 10 agents
39:47 - they shared million dollar ideas that can be built in 24 hours
after watching I took one of their million dollar ideas - the next day the agent was already building the business and in the first month 400+ clients.
Save & watch - the article below shows how to take their million dollar idea and launch a business in 24 hours.
