@zomato @zomatocare This is beyond frustrating.

I ordered 2 boxes of Mini Aloo Samosa [Pack of 6] from Daily Kitchen, Noida. My order clearly shows 2 × Pack of 6, but only ONE box was delivered.

For the last 3 HOURS, I have been trying to get a refund for the missing item. Instead of being able to speak to a real support executive, I am stuck with an AI chatbot that neither resolves the issue nor lets me reach a human being.

This isn't just about ₹129. It's about trust.

For a middle-class customer, every ₹100 or ₹200 matters. If food isn't delivered, refunding that money should be the simplest possible support request. Why should a customer have to fight for hours just to get their own money back?

AI should make customer service better, not become a wall between a customer and the company.

If @zomato continues replacing actual customer support with a bot that cannot solve even a simple missing-item complaint, how are customers supposed to trust the platform with their money?

I paid for 2. I received 1. Refund the missing item. It really should be that simple.
