@AmericanAir I don't understand why you separate FAMILIES on your airline?!?AND why does each of your employees have such a flippant attitude toward paying customers? You shouldn't have to pay to ensure seats together. It's implied when tix are purchased together!
@AmericanAir I decided after that, I will never fly your airline! With all that I keep hearing in the media, I should've known better. But being I called to confirm we were traveling with an infant, we were told we would all be together. I
@AmericanAir what I do not understand is, if tickets are purchased together, what type of system are you using that separates families?!?! On their way to Disney nonetheless?!?!
@AmericanAir get to the gate and the agent there says "Here! This is the best I can do." We were sitting together.Although in the very back of the plane. No problem though...
@AmericanAir I am livid as this is my first flight with our son!We board the plane and thanks to the generosity of others, NOT AA, we sit together. So, coming back, same issue except this time our seats are two separate rows!!Again, I ask the agent who tells me she can do nothing
@AmericanAir we reach the airport and there is a nightmare of a line to check our bags.Agents were rude to any and every one. I asked the agent about the seat change who tells me to do that at the gate.Get to the gate only to be told that she is not "authorized" to change seats.
@AmericanAir imagine my anger when during online check-in the night before our seats were totally separated!I called AA immediately and after a long wait, finally reached a rep. I was told she couldnt change via phone but I could change at the airport with no issue.
@AmericanAir Really? You separate families on flights now?? Never again will I fly American!! After booking a flight for myself, husband, and my 8 month old.I called AA to confirm that we were flying with a child and would need to sit together. We were assured it would be no issue
