🚨 Extra charge of ₹2,100 in the name of Privacy!
My boyfriend lives 250 km away from me. After a long time he came to meet me, so we both went to a restaurant to eat something.
The restaurant was very crowded and the cleanliness was not that great either. So we asked at the reception if we could get a clean and slightly private sitting.
The receptionist said —
"Cabin is available, you will get privacy there and the sitting is clean."
We went to the cabin and sat there for about 3 hours.
When we were about to leave and asked for the bill, we were shocked to see the bill!

🚪 Cabin charge: ₹700/hour
⏱️ 3 hours = ₹2,100 EXTRA!
The biggest question is, if there was a charge of ₹700 per hour for the cabin, why wasn't it clearly told before booking?
Providing privacy is one thing, but is it right to add ₹2,100 later without clearly informing the customer?
Should restaurants charge like this in the name of cabin/privacy?
Has this ever happened to you too?
In the name of complimentary, a bill of ₹1071 was given.😲
Three friends went to eat at night and were told that it was complimentary. When they finished eating, they were given the bill straight away.🥺
The complementary amount taken was equal to the night charge...open news
A man took his 2019 Baleno (31,000 km driven) to a Nexa
Service Center for routine servicing.
He was expecting a bill of around ₹6,000–₹8,000…
But when the invoice came it was ₹16,218
He thought it would include basic work like oil change,
filters, and general servicing.
Instead, the bill had: • Wheel
alignment & balancing
• Diagnostic charges
• Microfiber cloth
• Car perfume
• Trim protectant
• And several other “extras”
The shocking part?
Many of these were marked as “Recommended”, not mandatory.
Now the big question
Was all this really needed… or
was the bill unnecessarily inflated?
What do you think — fair pricing or overcharging?

is ₹16,218 a fair service bill,
or does it look like a case of overcharging ?

Amazon delivered the parcel return product with an empty box.
A woman ordered goods from Amazon but returned them when she found them broken.
Then when the delivery came again, this time Amazon sent only empty boxes instead of the goods.
Just imagine, such a big company makes such a big mistake, tell me whom should people trust?
Whose fault is it, Amazon's or the delivery person's or the person who did the packing?
Amazon should answer this soon why this is happening with the customers.

Blindly trusting an LIC agent can sometimes cost you a huge amount of your hard-earned money.
A man bought an LIC policy three years ago and paid ₹23,000 every year. After working hard to save a total of ₹69,000, he decided to surrender the policy after three years.
But then came the shock—he was told that he would receive only around ₹30,000 back.
According to him, when he purchased the policy, the agent and staff had assured him that he could surrender it after three years without facing any major loss. However, the actual terms turned out to be very different.
The lesson is simple: never buy any insurance policy based only on an agent's promises. Read all the terms, surrender conditions, and documents carefully before investing your hard-earned money.
I was thinking of buying a car when my friend said, "Just check out the MG Hector Tomahawk EV once, then think about the rest of the cars."
I thought, what could possibly be so special about it ?
Then I looked at its pricing and features, and I understood why my friend said that
69.2 kWh LFP Battery
201 bhp Power plus 310 Nm Torque
517 km claimed MIDC Range
5 and 7 Seater Options
Level 2 ADAS
15.6 inch Touchscreen
V2H Support
And the biggest surprise ?
Starting price ₹19.49 lakh.
Now, buyers looking to spend around ₹20-25 lakh on an EV have a serious battle on their hands
Sierra EV ₹18.79 lakh onwards
Harrier EV ₹21.49 lakh onwards
XEV 9S around ₹20 lakh
MG Hector Tomahawk EV ₹19.49 lakh onwards
For the first time, buying an EV in the ₹20-25 lakh range is not just about range or brand name.
The question is now
Which car gives you more seats, more features, more range and more value for the same money ?
And perhaps that’s the biggest strength of the Hector Tomahawk EV.
MG has not just launched another EV,
It has reminded the competition that EV buyers are no longer going to buy blindly,
they are going to calculate the value of every single rupee.
My car buying shortlist was supposed to become smaller,
Instead, it just got bigger.
Because the car my friend casually told me to check out has genuinely made me rethink all the other options.
I went to buy 5 kg of Rasgulla for Raksha Bandhan today, but the shopkeeper’s explanation made me think twice.
I told the shopkeeper,
“Brother, please give me 5 kg of Rasgulla.”
The Rasgullas were packed, and when it was time to pay, I took out ₹3,500.
The shopkeeper immediately said,
“Madam, ₹3,500. The price is ₹700 per kg now.”
I was surprised.
“But just a few days ago, I bought Rasgulla from this same shop for ₹500 per kg. Why has the price suddenly increased by ₹200 per kg?”
The shopkeeper replied,
“Madam, don’t you watch the news? Sugar has become expensive, so sweet prices have also gone up.”
I asked,
“So, does 1 kg of Rasgulla now use ₹200 worth of extra sugar?”
He laughed and said,
“Madam, don’t calculate it like that. Sugar is expensive, so we had to increase the price.”
The issue isn’t just the extra ₹1,000.
The bigger question is why prices rise immediately when raw material becomes expensive, but rarely fall just as quickly when the same raw material becomes cheaper.
If Rasgulla becomes ₹200 per kg more expensive because sugar prices rise, then shouldn’t it become ₹200 per kg cheaper when sugar prices fall?
Or does the market follow a simple rule:
“Costs go up, prices go up.
Costs come down, explanations go up.”
Why should a customer have to struggle to withdraw their own money from the bank?
A man reportedly visited an HDFC Bank branch to withdraw ₹50,000 for his mother’s medical treatment. He had sufficient balance in his account and a valid cheque, yet the withdrawal was allegedly refused.
Instead of understanding the customer’s urgent situation, the bank manager reportedly refused to listen and allegedly treated him badly.
If a customer has enough money in their account and completes the required formalities, why should they face such difficulties accessing their own funds?
HDFC Bank should look into the matter seriously, investigate what happened, and take appropriate action if any wrongdoing is found. Customers deserve respectful and responsible service.
What a joke Airtel
I have recharged for 5G for ₹379 and today my 2GB data got exhausted and after that the 5G network is not coming.
Airtel, tell me straight away that you will not provide unlimited 5G, you will only provide limited data.
They provide such service, now should we do extra recharge, what do you mean by this that 100% of the data is exhausted?
On top of that there is no network and even calls are not being made properly.
I went to buy 3 kg of Malai Ghewar for Raksha Bandhan, but the shopkeeper’s explanation left me thinking.
Yesterday, I went to buy Malai Ghewar for Raksha Bandhan and told the shopkeeper
"Brother, please give me 3 kg of Malai Ghewar.
The Ghewar was packed, and when it was time to pay, I took out ₹2,400.
The shopkeeper immediately said
"Madam, it will be ₹2,700, it’s ₹900 per kg."
I said
"But I bought it from this same shop just a few days ago for ₹800 per kg.
How did the price suddenly increase by ₹100 per kg ?"
Without missing a beat, the shopkeeper replied
"Madam, do not you watch the news ?
Sugar has become very expensive. That’s why we have increased the prices of sweets too."
I innocently asked
"So, does 1 kg of Ghewar now require ₹100 worth of extra sugar ?"
Hearing this, the shopkeeper laughed and said
"Madam, do not calculate things in such detail. Sugar has become expensive,
so we increased the price by ₹100 per kg."
Now, this is not just about the extra ₹300,
The real question is
When the cost of something goes up, the price is increased immediately.
But when the same cost comes down, why does not the price come down just as quickly ?
If Malai Ghewar can become ₹100/kg more expensive because sugar prices went up,
then when sugar becomes cheaper, will the Malai Ghewar also become ₹100/kg cheaper ?
Or is the market rule simply
"When inflation rises, increase the price.
When inflation falls, find another reason."
He invested ₹16 lakh, and suddenly his portfolio showed ₹1.02 CRORE.
A guy opened his investment portfolio and, for a few seconds, couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
Invested: ₹16.21 lakh
Current Value: ₹1,02,64,250
Total P/L: ₹86.43 lakh
Return: 533.07%
That’s ₹16 lakh turning into more than ₹1 crore.
He probably thought:
“Finally, I’ve achieved my personal milestone!”
But the real twist was yet to come.
This wasn’t because of a multibagger stock.
There was no jackpot.
And the market hadn’t suddenly delivered a 500% rally.
Apparently, it was a NAV-related bug in the HDFC Securities app.
And the funniest part?
The investor already knew it wouldn’t last.
He wrote:
“Take screenshots, they’re going to fix it.”
And a little while later, the bug was actually fixed.
So, the dream of becoming a crorepati appeared
and disappeared with a simple app update.
But there’s a lesson here:
The number displayed in your portfolio isn’t always the same as your actual wealth.
Before celebrating massive returns, always verify the data.
Patience is important in investing, but so is checking whether the numbers are actually real.
Because sometimes the market doesn’t make you a crorepati
A tiny software bug does - for a few glorious minutes.
When I opened my WhatsApp on Raksha Bandhan, 😯
someone's brother gave ₹5,000, someone gave ₹10,000 and someone got a gift worth ₹20,000… 🥹
I also started thinking, "Let's see what my brother must have given..."
My brother is only 11 years old.
He lovingly gave me ₹50 in my hand…
I was just about to be happy when…
After 2 minutes he hit me and took back that ₹50 as well. 😭
While other brothers were giving gifts to their sisters on Raksha Bandhan…
My brother gave me a loan of ₹50 and took it back with interest. 😂
Now I understand —
My Raksha Bandhan story has only gone from "₹50 credited" to "₹50 debited" so far.
But it's okay… ❤️
My brother is still small, when he grows up he will give lots of gifts to his sister. 🥹🫶
For now, even ₹50 is not going to leave his pocket. 😂

People often say SBI employees have a “settled life”…
But this Scale 3 Manager’s
salary slip tells a very different story.
8 years ago, a young officer
joined SBI as a Probationary Officer.
Today, he’s a Scale 3 Manager.
His Form 16 for FY 2025–26
shows a Gross Salary of ₹35.24 lakh.
Sounds impressive, right?
But here’s the reality 👇
This “gross salary” includes one-time components like
LFC encashment and leave encashment benefits that
come only once in a few years, not every month.
Then come the deductions…
Income Tax, NPS, EPF, home
loan EMI, car loan, two-wheeler loan.
After all this, the actual monthly
in-hand amount looks very
different from that big number on paper.
So next time you see a high “gross salary,”
remember it doesn’t always
reflect real monthly earnings.
Do you think people often
misjudge government bank
officers’ income just by looking
at these figures? 🤔
Let’s discuss 👇
🚨 Bizarre response from Zepto for a ₹221 Ice Cream!
I had ordered an ice cream worth ₹221 from zepto, but it was delivered completely melted and in a spoiled condition.
I immediately asked customer support for a refund, but instead of giving a refund, they handed me third-party coupons like flight and perfume discounts!
Bro, when the food item itself is spoiled, what am I supposed to do with a flight coupon?
If a customer receives spoiled food and still has to struggle to get a refund, then what is customer support even for?
Please look into this matter and give a full refund of ₹221.
Spoiled food + useless coupons = What kind of customer service is this?
Now what should I do

If you have a CIBIL score of 786, getting a loan can be easier, but here, a content creator found an active consumer loan of ₹17,424 linked to their PAN card that they say they never took.
The creator already had two loans running, both of which they were aware of. However, while checking their credit score, they suddenly noticed another loan of ₹17,424. They emailed the concerned company seeking clarification, and the company responded by asking them to share their official phone number.
After that, they checked their records again on the official CIBIL website, where only the same two loan accounts they already knew about were showing.
Now the biggest question is—if the ₹17,424 loan is not appearing in the official CIBIL report, how did this account show up in another credit record?
After the matter gained attention online, the creator said they would file a formal complaint with the concerned authorities to get their credit record corrected.
This incident highlights an important lesson: regularly check your PAN-related information and credit reports to make sure no unauthorized loan or credit account has been linked to your identity without your knowledge.
