प्रिय विद्युत उपभोक्ता,

अत्यधिक गर्मी के कारण विद्युत की डिमांड अप्रत्याशित रूप से विगत वर्ष इसी अवधि की तुलना में लगभग 65% बढ़ गई हैं। विद्युत डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन प्रणाली ओवर लोड चल रही है। विद्युत विभाग के लाइन कर्मचारी एवम इंजीनियर रात दिन काम कर रहें हैं तथा उपभोक्ताओं को विद्युत आपूर्ति देने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। 50 डिग्री सेल्सियस टेंपरेचर में भी लोहे के पोल पर चढ़ कर लाइन ठीक कर रहे हैं। ये सभी आप ही के परिवार के हैं। ओवरलोडिंग कम करने में इनकी मदद करे:
(१) अपने घर के सभी विद्युत उपकरण एक साथ न चलाएं।
(२) सबमर्सिबल पंप, वाशिंग मशीन,प्रेस इत्यादि उपकरण का प्रयोग सुबह 6 से 9 बजे के बीच करें।
(३) एसी की टेप्रेचर सेटिंग 24 डिग्री रखें तथा टाइमर को भी सेट करें।
(४) एनर्जी एफिशिएंट विद्युत उपकरणों का प्रयोग करें।
(५) विद्युत वायरिंग ठीक रखें एवम अर्थिंग की जांच कर ठीक करा लें।
(६) मात्र सजावट/ दिखावे के लिए विद्युत की फिजूल खर्ची न करें।
(७) जब तक विद्युत प्रणाली ओवरलोड चल रही है यथा संभव परिवार के सदस्य आवास के कम से कम कमरों का प्रयोग करें, जिससे चालू एसी की संख्या कम रहे।

राष्ट्र हित में ऊर्जा बचाएं. सभी उपभोक्ताओं से अनुरोध है कि अपने घर का अपनी सुविधा अनुसार थोड़ा थोड़ा लोड कम करें.

Never had in my life such a bad customer experience than with Amazn India. They say they deliver in 1 day. They didn't even deliver in 5 days. Their delivery boy r morally corrupt. Customer support is powerless. Amazn is just a fake advertiser.Shame @amazonIN @amazon @AmazonHelp

India post is still living in colonial India. It's been 9 days & i didn't get my parcel from UP to Delhi. They r showing that Item is already delivered. No Public grievance. Their citizen charter is just a piece of old paper. Shame.
