Saying accounts are in arrears when they're paid up! Affecting credit scores etc. I'd like to know this too!

So strange to me how many times I've gone to call my mum over the last few weeks about baby stuff or the fact my car was in the garage etc.. Seems so abnormal that she is no longer there to answer 💔
