@LivEchonews All for her being named and shamed for fraud but more fool the system for even allowing it. My genuinely ill mum has to jump through hoops for anything and she manages to claim under false names and adresses. Shame in the system!!!
When they contact you and tell you it will all get sorted and it’s still not and I’m sure they will wonder why I think their customer care has been diabolical! @Village_Hotels
Absolute diabolical treatment by @Village_Hotels - stayed on the 18.01.19 and been charged twice. Email, phones calls to them to be told a manager would call me back and still nothing. Tried to call head office only to be met with an answering service! Terrible customer service.
@HannahGreg86@Village_Hotels It’s a joke to be fair Han. Especially now I’m incurring bank charges. For them to offer me 20% of my next stay....erm!!! Still no refund....our service is terrible....but come and pay to stay again and let us make it up to you. Unbelievable x

@Tesco I did mention today’s date being on the raspberries to a member of staff only to be asked “do you still want them” and then told “ they will be reduced later on tonight” - it wasn’t about me wanting a reduced price it was about me buying fresh food from your store!
