Day 8 and weekend updates: Maggie woke up feeling good today. Yaay! The weekend was rough on/off but she forces herself to rest so that helps. Her mil leaves tomorrow so I may be on dr duty starting Wed! 😉 For those asking, donations are still needed and appreciated. 💗 🎀

Praise God, I'm home!!! The city of Boston and the locals welcomed us with open arms, and I can't wait to go back!!

It's hard and embarrassing to learn harsh truths about myself while standing in front of what feels like the world. However, I'm unsure I would have paid attention had that not been the case.

It's easy to be mean and cruel, to fight and argue. It's not as easy to push aside anger and hurtful feelings to offer love, grace, kindness, and forgiveness. What I've learned... the hardest way it feels like one could... is that my heart and soul feel whole when I do just that.

And I can zoom-zoom on a moving walkway, feeling lighter and happy. Might I suggest not learning those lessons the way I did.

THANK YOU!! Thank you for the love, grace, kindness and support so many of you have shown me. ALL of you helped us when we needed it most. Thank you! ❤️

The love and support I've received today is overwhelming. It's impossible right now to respond to everyone but I will at some point. After a wonderful nap I feel so much better. We're currently headed for dinner. Local friends... please share anywhere that has meat and FUN!

It's been a very very long day. Hell this house isn't even in bed yet. But I'm about to be. I'm half dead, but I made it. Thanks to everyone who hung out with me today. I'm sure over the next days we'll meet some of you at some point.
