Touch ‘n Go says they are ready to deploy a smart and barrier-free tolling system in Malaysia that’s accurate, scalable and enforcement ready.

TNG showcases Titan Flow, a home-grown Multi-Lane Fast Flow (MLFF) system developed by Malaysians for Malaysians, at MyARTTE 2025. It uses RFID as primary detection, along with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and 3D LiDAR enhanced by AI for real time vehicle classification and enforcement accuracy. Using LiDAR, the system can detect the vehicle’s dimensions, position and motion patterns to ensure accurate and fair tolling.

Titan Flow also supports future capabilities such as dynamic toll pricing, where rates can be adjusted based on traffic conditions or vehicle class to improve road efficiency.

At the moment, TNG has 24 million eKYC verified users and 4 million RFID motorists, providing a strong foundation for nationwide digital tolling. #tng #mlff #titanflow
