@TONGVANMINH8 @IC_Funded Maybe painful but I advise you to count your loses and take the refund. Many firms have denied payouts without tangible reasons in the past. Just take the refund and try another firm. You’ll be fine.

Nice job guys @IC_Funded. If KYC was really the issue and you use sumsub, kindly hire a staff to double check KYCs whether approved or not to be double sure before sending agreements and funded accounts.

@PropFirmMedia @IC_Funded @PropFirmMedia there’s something you’d need to know about AML/KYC; it’s possible the staff who handled the KYC missed something and let the trader proceed with a funded account and the firm found out later at Risk department and had to let the client know.
