Its is also in conjunction with Mercury(7/10L). Venus in Vishaka. Mercury in Jyestha. Mars(5/12L) in 9th House(Leo) does 4th aspects on 12th House(Scorpio). Does your interpretation remains the same as above ?.

@amangill23492 Not only debilty effect reduces. Thats when your NBRY starts for Mercury. Since Mercury is 10L your career/profession significantly improves at its best. Each planets have the maturity age thats when the planets works more effectively with results.
