‼️Dathomir agissant de concert avec Cominière ‼️

Jin Cheng #Zijin et Cominière @cominiereSA @CelestinKibeya @LisetteKabanga agissent de concert, c'est devenu clair depuis
y compris en raison de la prétendue reddition par la #Cominière du nord
partie du PR 13359 afin que le PR 15775 puisse être accordé à #Manono Lithium SAS en
dont Cominière et une autre filiale de #Zijin détiennent des actions (voir ASX
annonce datée du 30 octobre 2023 intitulée « Réponse Zijin »).
La Société a désormais réussi à obtenir des ordonnances du tribunal arbitral #ICC
obliger Dathomir à produire des documents contenant des preuves que
#Dathomir agit également de concert avec Cominière. Attaché à cette annonce
est une traduction automatique d'un accord entre Cominière et Dathomir daté
19 mai 2023 par laquelle Cominière et Dathomir ont convenu de détourner
PR 13359 de Dathcom et le transférer à une nouvelle société dans laquelle Cominière et
Dathomir détient des actions, mais pas la Société et Dathcom.
Il est à noter que l'accord ci-joint a été conclu peu de temps après que la Société
obtenu une mesure d’urgence de la part de l’arbitre d’urgence de la CCI interdisant
Cominière de prendre des mesures pour mettre en œuvre les prétendues
résiliation de la JV Dathcom (voir annonce ASX du 9 mai 2023)
intitulée « Décision favorable dans la procédure d’arbitrage d’urgence de la CCI »). Le
l’accord constitue une violation claire et délibérée de l’ordonnance d’urgence de la CPI et
démontre le mépris de Cominière pour l’autorité de la CPI.
Cette preuve qui, selon la Société, démontre un complot visant à détourner
le projet Manono sera invoqué par la Société dans le cadre de la procédure CCI contre Cominiere et dans la procédure CIRDI contre l'État de la RDC.
