Ochacho has clarified the ₦400m house he gifted Peller as a wedding present.

During a TikTok Live, Peller asked for the property documents, prompting Ochacho to explain that the house was never meant to be transferred to Peller as full ownership.

According to him, it’s essentially a free lease, as the property belongs to his son. Peller can live there for as long as he wishes.
