@AmazonHelp This should be discussed in public. Mamy people like me take Prime subscription to get same day delivery. They should know that have prime membership doesn't mean they will get Same Day Delivery. Please tell me why being a prime member I didn't receive same day delivery?

Also the funny thing is without resolving the issue Customer Support is closing the complain ticket. This is how you fraud people? You won't deliver order and also won't let us cancel it, so that you can use our money.
