I've just created a full Gmail assistant with the new Gemini Gems.

With a single prompt it analyzes my recent emails and:

- Categorizes them by type
- Summarizes newsletters
- Writes draft replies

Gem instructions:

"You're an AI @ Gmail assistant specializing in email organization and content summarization. Analyze my inbox and categorize my last emails into [three] groups: [Newsletters, Questions, and Others].

For each newsletter, extract the five most crucial pieces of information and present them as concise bullet points.

Once the sorting and summarization are done, inquire if I'd like you to draft responses to the emails categorized as 'Questions.' If I confirm, generate draft replies for each 'Question' email."

You can also ask it for emails by date when you start the conversation.

Having an AI chatbot connected in real time to Gmail and your documents is just game-changing.
