learn how to let go of the past while also respecting it to not repeat the same mistakes, & stay on track on being the person I want to be instead of resorting back to old ways. there’s so much more in life to experience instead of living in fear of possibly feeling the same pain
the way that nostalgia eats at me where it feels unbearable. I miss everything deeply despite what happened. I can never truly hate anyone because I end up trying to see it from their perspective and justify it. sometimes it feels like a loop that will keep consuming me. I got to
I don’t think I’m worse off after things, but it still invokes an ache in many moments especially when something good happens. sharing it with friends or others doesn’t feel the same, which i guess is maybe the point
trying to exert more self-awareness in the moment rather than just letting my emotions or tendency to jump to the worst case scenarios and reflecting upon it afterwards.
a bit of a paradox to have been craving and wanting a connection or to be loved/seen in that way since I was a kid to when I did finally have it.. I just felt too scared to enjoy it and let it thrive into more because it felt foreign or maybe like that I didn’t deserve it to
where if I did let myself be in it fully then I’d be left devastated afterwards. why did I just catastrophize everything instead of thinking things would turn out better than I could imagine? letting those fears come out in ugly ways, not aligning to what I actually want. I am

through it. I feel no need to keep holding onto the bitterness and pain I felt to really it manifests and consume my thoughts. learning how to reset so it doesn’t ruin most of my day. still there’s a lot of habits I need to unlearn to stop the regression
there’s a lot of regret over how many stupid things I’ve said and done over the past years as I felt like I was mainly operating on autopilot and was immature w unhealthy coping habits. through these past months, I feel like I’ve been forced to sit with it all and had matured
it’s not like I want them to suffer or anything, it’s more like that what we went through or feeling like it mattered to where it’s not easy to move on to someone like that. it still feels like cheating to me when ppl express interest bc my heart still longs for someone else
bowled over by how beautiful a depiction of unconditional love this was. even after being rejected by mj (devastatingly but understandably), peter still shows her generosity & empathy and expects nothing in return, no matter how much he hurts. pure peter parker. perfect moment.
