Two things we learn here. The last days have been going on for a long time, and there are lots of antichrists.

@BrianZahnd So sad, not your post but that we call it a charismatic movement. Jesus was charismatic, the gospel is charismatic. It's not the gospel without the power of the Spirit. I get it, I do but man’s failures should never redefine gospel truth; ie, prayer, gifts and power.

@erichoke In these convos a few things seem to be missing. Not all pastors are created equal. Not all pastors are counselors, some are gifted teachers. In our community we have a team of people who meet one on one to counsel. The one size fits all model is not helpful.
