We have Electricity Regulatory Authority, Insurance Regulatory Authority, among others. How come there is no Education Regulatory Authority? Allocate some funds to facilitate people on ground to do the job of Farmer sensitization, registration and the livestock vaccination.
Also run some adverts on TV and local radio stations.

Extension workers and DVO need to be facilitated well to do the job.
The exercise is tedious and costly in terms of buying data , moving Long distances under harsh circumstances of rain sun
