One time we were working on a drainage project in Bwaise. Someone said pple in slums are a prob to kla bse they dispose their garbage carelessly unlike other parts of the city. I stood up and took him on and told him his claim was elitist😁. I told the meeting the poor garbage disposal is a problem in the whole city including kololo and nakasero. There are pple in Kololo and nakasero who also throw garbage on the road and in drainage channels. What is rhe solution? U see pple throw garbage around and steal road signage, even in London and Paris😬😬. The difference is that enforcement against the Vice is stronger in London and Paris compared to Kla. To solve this gvt must develop its enforce and repair/ replacement abilities to run ahead of the scale of the problem.
