Personal Sovereignty -
Nobody should tell you, "the phenomenon is (THIS)..." In truth, nobody knows with 100% certainty. Nobody. But if you use your own discernment and happen to agree, that's entirely fine. Don't allow yourself to be told what to believe. Nobody has that right.
@TrinityAshcroft@jason_quitt The knocking happens every week or so. It starts with two knocks, then increases to three, then four. It then goes back to two knocks and repeats. It started about a year ago, six months after I started meditating. It sounds like a knock on a wooden table, but right next to me.
@jason_quitt@TrinityAshcroft I forgot to mention...Sometimes, when meditating, or approaching sleep, I hear two, three or four knocks right next to me. It's very clear. Any ideas?
@jason_quitt@TrinityAshcroft When I OBE'd unintentially, it was instant like teleportation, to the two locations I ended up going to. It was so disorientating... The first time I didn't realise what had happened, tried to move, then teleported back. The second time, I was like, "ok, this is geting weird"...
My damaged Medial Collateral Ligament in my knee turns out to be a Bone Contusion to the Femoral Condyle resulting in a Bone Marrow Oedema, which is basically internal bleeding inside the end of the thigh bone (near knee) due to damaged bone marrow caused by twisting under force.
@SeleneCelestial That's interesting. This past week or so, I've had actual interaction, where I receive something, then respond, then get an answer based on my response. Maybe they are closer so communication is easier. Who knows...
@SeleneCelestial@DDeniseGenova It sure has. Every cloud etc etc...
It's so hit and miss though. Some days I receive nothing, and others I receive something "interesting".
@TrinityAshcroft@jason_quitt I get the vibration, but I get that occasionally anyway since my 'close encounter'. I've had partial OBEs where my arm has lifted and tried to leave my body...

The bone is swelling, due to internal bleeding, and the bone taking on fluid from surrounding tissue to protect itself. Sometimes that swelling can cause permanent damage to the bone. I've had the swelling now for 8 weeks with no sign of it lessening. Time will tell.
